Evening Lecture - Wednesday, 27th September, 7:00 PM Learn about "The History of Broomhill and Balshagray" with Gordon Urquhart, author of "Along Great Western Road." We'll also delve into "The Development and Delivery of the Clyde Tunnel" with architect Fiona Sinclair. Get an "Introduction to the Broomhill Heritage Trail" from Charles Scott, Broomhill Community Council. Venue: Broomhill Community Church, Norby Road, Broomhill.
Autumn Walk - Sunday, 01 October, 2:00 PM Explore Broomhill's heritage on a guided trail led by Charles Scott, Broomhill Community Council. The walk begins and ends at Hyndland Station.
Evening Lecture - Wednesday, 18 October, 7:00 PM Discover "The Glasgow Tenement and the Architecture of William M Whyte" with architect Fiona Sinclair. Explore "The Benefits of Grant Assistance and Collaborative Working" and learn the history of "Camphill Gate" from Allistair Burt, architect, artist, and illustrator. Venue: Broomhill Community Church, Norby Road, Broomhill.
Demonstration Workshop - Friday, 20 October, 12:00 PM Join us for a hands-on workshop on "Slate Dressing, Leadwork, and Stone Carving." Hosted by EBS Construction Ltd, learn valuable skills and techniques. Explore "The Benefits of Good Building Maintenance" with architect Fiona Sinclair. Venue: The BMC Triangle, behind Broomhill Drive, Crow Road, and Marlborough Avenue (Marlborough Lane South).
