End of the road for the BCHT legal appeal

Dear Broomhill Community,
We recently received a comprehensive legal opinion, generously supported by Community Land Scotland, regarding our application for the Community Right to Buy the Jordanhill Bowling Club land. This opinion has been critical in guiding our next steps.
Based on this advice, the directors of Broomhill Community Hub Trust Limited (BCHTL) have recommended not pursuing an appeal against the Scottish Ministers' decision. We believe this is the most prudent course of action for our community. As the deadline to file an appeal is imminent (this Wednesday), we are at a pivotal moment.
We value the views of our entire community, not just BCHTL members. If you have thoughts or feedback on this matter and haven’t yet voiced them, we welcome your input by the end of tomorrow. Your perspective is important to us as we make decisions that impact our community.
